I was inspired by the atmosphere of Game of Thrones and designed a space that felt like medieval horror and royal grandeur. With towering bone architecture, this dark fantasy environment feels as if it exists outside the realms of Earth. This was my final project for a modeling class at UCF, where I focused on building out the skull and adding details to bring it to life. It was a fun challenge to model, texture, and UV unwrap. Enjoy checking it out!

The most challenging part, the skull, was initially blocked out using basic geometry. I then used Quad Draw and the Sculpt Tool to increase the polygon count and ensure clean topology and edge flow. I chose to keep the hard edges, as I felt that softening them would tame the environment. After that, I painted the bone texture and assigned materials in Substance Painter. Finally, I set up a simple lighting arrangement in Sketchfab to create an ominous atmosphere.
